What You’ll Do

Menu Innovation & Development:
  • Design and implement seasonal, fresh, and engaging menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.
  • Create daily specials and exciting new dishes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure profitability through effective menu pricing and portion control.
  • Food Preparation & Quality Excellence:
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of all menu items, maintaining exceptional taste and presentation.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety.
  • Monitor portion sizes and control food costs effectively.
  • Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols in the kitchen.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Inspire, train, and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling and workload distribution to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Foster a motivational and energetic kitchen culture that promotes creativity and teamwork.
Inventory & Budget Management:
  • Maintain food inventory, order supplies, and ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and minimize waste.
  • Track food costs and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Food Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff on best practices in food handling, storage, and sanitation.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times.
Special Events & Industry Trends:
  • Lead culinary efforts for special catering events and banquets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and flavors.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff and resort managers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experienced & Skilled: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef, with strong leadership and operational expertise.
  • Innovative & Creative: Passion for developing unique, high-quality dishes that delight guests.
  • Collaborative & Motivational: Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a strong kitchen team.
  • Detail-Oriented & Business-Savvy: Strong understanding of food costs, menu pricing, and inventory control.
  • Physically Capable: Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in high-energy kitchen environments.
