Assistant Director of Nursing

This position is full-time (40 hours/wk.), with Call on nights & Weekends.  The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist with planning, directing and coordinating patient care activities.  Assists with supervisory responsibilities overseeing Acute, Med/Surg, Pharmacy and ER.  GCHS is looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse ready to step in.

 

Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player, willing to work in the ER, willing to learn new skills, and can make patients and coworkers smile with their upbeat, empathetic, and optimistic attitude. 

 

The Nursing department is guided by a hands-on leader who regularly takes RN shifts on the floor. She won't ask you to do anything she won't do herself. The current staff works as a cohesive unit and there is always an on-call RN available to provide extra support as needed.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
