Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement: Greet patients with a warm, friendly demeanor to ensure a positive first impression and set the tone for their visit.
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep the office running smoothly.
- Patient Communication: Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling and appointment management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks like filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Financial Management: Handle patient payments and medical collections accurately, ensuring proper billing procedures.
- Records Management: Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies.
- Patient Education: Provide information about services, including insurance options and patient protocols.
- Team Support: Support clinic staff with various tasks to enhance overall patient service and clinic operations.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous Experience: Familiarity with medical or dental office settings is a plus.
- Software Knowledge: Experience with OpenDental scheduling software and office management systems is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and office tasks with precision.
- Financial Management: Experience handling payments, collections, and financial paperwork in a medical or dental setting is a plus.
- Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support our diverse patient base.
