We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a large network of builder and realtor connections.
This position will be one where realtor recuruitment and training is paramount. Green Access is providing both leads and tools for increased buyer approvals thru proprietary programs for real estate purchase including but not limited to:
100% Investor Purchase Programs
100% Stated Income Purchase Programs

Looking for a dynamic person to take connect the right agents with our expansive programs. Agent needs understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate pricing and property evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values.
- Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

- $100,000 Minimum Guarantee
