Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Window Sales Consultant to add to our company. Are you ready to utilize your experience to help other companies grow?
Join our team with newly developed hybrid finance programs that properly utilized can immediately quadruple sales for existing window companies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Window sales with an immense network and connections in the window industry as we strive to build a network of companies utilizing the following new exciting programs:
- Green Packaged Incentives allowing 25 year fixed Finance terms versus credit card terms
- No credit check options for $20,000 to $50,000 in financing
- $2500 to $10,000 incentives paid to company for utilizing programs
Responsibilities
- Oversee a territory for sales recruitment.
- Work with corporate to Supervise and mentor a team of sales recruiters throughout the state of Texas and Nationally over time
Experience
- 10 plus years in Window sales
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and network of industry titans that you can network with immediately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation will depend on experience:
- The right candidate will earn $100k minimum with aggressive bonuses for accounts created. Expectation is this rep will earn $300,000 the first year with our company minimum.
