Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our landscapes. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a passion for outdoor work. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing and trimming.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects..
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain landscaping equipment.
• Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
