Your day-to-day will involve using various sales techniques to follow up on inquiries and spot new business opportunities. You’ll also help brainstorm and develop sales strategies with the team to hit our monthly and quarterly targets. - As a Client Engagement Coordinator with Green Acres. Your experience, customer service, work ethic and ability to take on new tasks will determine your pay.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and get a feel for what potential clients need.
- Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and help us hit those sales goals.
- Build and keep strong relationships with our existing clients to bring in repeat business.
- Join sales team meetings and share your ideas for improving our sales processes.
- Regularly review your sales performance to find areas where you can grow and improve.
- A competitive nature with a strong willingness to win and learn.
- Sales experience is a big plus, but it’s not necessary—we’re open to training the right person!
- Great verbal and written communication skills—clear and effective is the name of the game.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding what customers are looking for.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently is a bonus.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Team player who can also stay motivated and work independently.
