- As a Client Engagement Coordinator with Green Acres. Your experience, customer service, work ethic and ability to take on new tasks will determine your pay.
Responsibilities:
- You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients, and you must be able to provide support to existing clients. You must be comfortable answering the phone, emailing, and interacting with clients in person. This position requires time spent in and outside of the office.
- Type and send sales letters through both email and mail
- Follow up on estimates and close sales leads
- Measure properties using online tools
- Writing details proposals
- Ensure details of jobs sold and/or any customer concerns are clearly communicated to the team
- Document details of all client interactions
- Process invoices and payments
Requirements:
- Must be organized
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Must be familiar with Microsoft programs, email, and able to quickly learn other programs
