Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze samples.
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian.
- Monitor animal patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and hygiene.
- Handle animals safely and humanely, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic or hospital environment.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures.
Experience
