Turf Route Manager
Year Round Compensation: $38,000 starting pay.
Compensation includes: Base salary, 10% commission, OT and 4 weeks of PTO.
This will be a hands on "work-study" type environment. We will provide classroom training and in the field training with certified applicators. By the end of this program you will be able to manage your own route and feel capable of passing the Pesticide exam, trough the Kansas Department of Agriculture.

Turf Route Manager will serve our customers by providing a variety of lawn care services such as weed control, fertilization, insect control, disease control, seeding. Team members are required to service existing clients, while also gaining new business. This includes upselling tree & shrub and other Green Again Lawn services to our existing client base and marketing/selling to surrounding homes on your route.
Turf Route Manager is a good fit for those individuals who enjoy working outside and being on the move. This position is a physically demanding job. During our peak times we work extended hours and some Saturdays.

REQUIREMENTS: Pass the general and turf pesticide test after 12 months of working at Green Again Lawn. Pass drug and background test.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Discuss service information with customers.
- Respond to customer problems or complaints.
- Confer with customers to complete service requests.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services
- Collect deposits, payments or fees.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Prepare documentation for contracts and transactions.
- Educate and Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as re-servicing the job, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Manage and provide service for each active client.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
- Coordinate and schedule operational activities.
- Recommend improvements in service, billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
