What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked warehouse.
- Receive, log, and stage equipment and materials for upcoming HVAC and solar installations.
- Safely lift, load, and transport equipment over 50 lbs.
- Deliver tools, parts, and equipment to job sites in a timely manner.
- Assist technicians and install crews on job sites when extra hands are needed.
- Handle labor-intensive and physically demanding tasks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and anticipate restocking needs.
- Work in sync with operations, sales, and install teams to ensure daily goals are met.
- Operate forklifts, drive large company vehicles, and use warehouse management software.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of warehouse experience (HVAC or solar industry preferred).
- Able to lift, move, and handle heavy materials (50 lbs repeatedly).
- Clean driving record with valid California driver’s license.
- Experience driving large trucks or vans.
- Forklift certified (or willing to become certified).
- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops if needed.
- Familiarity with job site logistics and warehouse management software.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
