Primary Responsibilities:
As a Duct Cleaning Technician Lead, after training, you will lead and participate on a traveling team of 3 or more duct cleaning technicians. You will be responsible for keeping safety first and completing assigned jobs on schedule and according to procedure. This position performs duct cleaning work. You will also work with Admin and Operations to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, and/or basic maintenance
- Must have at least 1 year of experience leading a team, preferably a field team working at varied worksites
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including day and overnight
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, at times with short-notice changes to the schedule or environments, while remaining respectful to the team and others
- Must be able to work under pressure, managing and meeting deadlines and assignments
- Must be able to successfully manage time and a varied workload
- Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism, diplomacy and tact
- Experience in a customer service, field service, or similar environment. Service technician skills is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Must have a clean driving record.

KEY / ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travels to job sites in and out of town by company and personal vehicle. Overnight travel expected 50% of the time.
- Leads and assigns tasks to Duct Cleaning Technicians to ensure the job is done safely, on time, accurately, and with high quality.
- Participates in a team on a job site to complete the duct cleaning of assigned unit(s) on schedule.
- Follows all safety standards to include daily safety meetings, safety walkthroughs, and safety inspections.
- Works with others on the team and within Sales to provide services to meet client needs.
- Notify manager timely of any necessary supplies or resources needed to complete jobs or to maintain safety of the team onsite.
- Access site using ladders, stairs, or hatches to clean or locate equipment or tools.
- Attend company and company-provided industry training and meetings as requested.
- Closely follows company provided schedules to satisfy customer service requirements and complete job.
- Ensures work performed follows state, local, and federal legal requirements.
- Exhibits impeccable work ethic as a role model for team members.
- Seeks to improve quality in all aspects of work performance.
- Conforms to the highest professional standards in achieving results.
- Learns all aspects of duties related to company operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
