Green Alpha Property Management is the property management arm of a real estate investment firm headquartered in Raleigh, NC, with a growing presence throughout the Southeast United States. We specialize in acquiring, managing, and enhancing commercial real estate properties with a foundation centered on improving the lives of our stakeholders. Due to our large and diverse portfolio, there are many different avenues for career progression.
We are currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee our expanding footprint across North and South Carolina, with the position based in Columbia, SC. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving performance across the region by ensuring operational excellence, supporting on-site teams, and driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Regional Oversight & Support
Provide leadership and support to on-site property managers across NC and SC.
Travel regularly to properties throughout the region to provide oversight, coaching, and strategic direction.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and goals.
Monitor regional performance metrics including collections, occupancy, and maintenance efficiency.
Operations & Performance
Review and manage financial performance, including budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and expense control.
Assist in leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy across the region.
Support in handling escalated resident issues and vendor relationships.
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and support on-site staff, fostering a positive and accountable culture.
Collaborate with executive leadership on best practices and process improvements across the portfolio.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of property-level employees.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in multi-site or regional property management (certifications preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High personal integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Proficiency with property management and accounting software (AppFolio, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite).
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
