Position: Real Estate Escrow Coordinator (Full Time)

Green Banker Real Estate is a fast paced & customer service oriented work environment; each transaction is time-sensitive; the escrow coordinator must be able to multitask, and be experienced in residential & commercial transactions. We service residential/commercial clients with properties valued anywhere from $400,000 to $60 Million ; you will have the opportunity to work with brokers & clients directly. Green Banker is the most successful private Real Estate brokerage in San Mateo County. We do residential, commercial, and developments. Punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Office is key.

Job Duties:
- Communicate with brokers, title companies & customers
- Open escrow accounts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Participate in signings / Proof documents carefully
- Coordinate the flow of documents between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and review contracts, amendments, and other related documents.
- Obtain signatures on required forms and disclosures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Manage deposits into escrow accounts and ensure funds are properly disbursed at closing.
- Ensure all conditions for closing are met (e.g., title clearance, inspections, contingencies).
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years (preferred) or above of escrow / real estate experience
- Organizational skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Multi-tasking
- Team player
- Provide secretarial functions for brokers
- Willingness to learn
- Language: Able to write & speak fluent English, additional language skills are a plus
- Work Schedule: M-F 9-5 weekday work hours with flexibility, plus be able to work the occasional weekend.

- Software skills: Windows platform - Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
