Responsibilities
We offer two different schedule options for our General Laborers. YOU choose the schedule that works for your lifestyle.
- Weekly rotating shift between 1st and 2nd (1st : 6am - 2pm, 2nd : 2pm - 10pm)
- Straight 3rd shift (3rd : 10pm - 6am)
The following lists the job tasks and responsibilities that the General Laborer may be performing :
We are also looking for General Laborers who are self-motivated individuals willing to work safely in a team-based system. They need to have the ability to schedule their work, prioritize their workload, and complete tasks in a timely manner. A desire for continuous improvement and quality workmanship are required to meet our customers increasing demands
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Good human relations skills and strong verbal communication skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits :
As a General Laborer, you'll start out making $23.40 per hour on day one with room to grow. You will have access to our two health and wellness clinics.
