Position Overview
The Catcher Packer is responsible for packing cartons in our folding/gluing department, while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Packing cartons
- Performing quality checks
- Off-line packing
- Setting up taper and labeler
- Operating a ream cutter
- Performing quality re-work
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Quality conscious individual
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with some overtime/weekend work
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
