Join our fast pace dynamic team as a Catcher Packer in the Finishing department! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our cartons meet the highest quality standards for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Pack cartons with precision and care
- Perform quality checks to maintain our high standards
- Off-line packing for special projects
- Set up taper and labeler for efficient operations
- Operate a ream cutter with expertise
- Quality re-work to ensure perfection
- Additional duties as assigned to support the team
Qualifications
- Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively
- Basic computer skills for smooth operations
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively
- Flexibility to work 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm), or 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) with some overtime/weekend work
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
