Position Overview
The General Worker is responsible for a variety of entry-level position tasks and is assigned wherever needed during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Material handling utilizing forklifts, clamp trucks and pallet jacks
- Feeding/operating machines
- Assisting in sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming and shipping as needed
- Performing quality checks
- General plant clean up
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Quality conscious individual
- Good communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am Sunday - Thursday) with some overtime/weekend work
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety rules and policies
- Ability to understand and comply with Company policies and plant rules
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but no experience required
