Responsibilities :Answer customers' questions regarding products, prices, and availability.Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.Contact both regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide estimates or quotes for prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve any problems and offer ongoing support.Build strong relationships with customers and prepare drawings, estimates, and bids tailored to their specific needs.Collaborate with the design team to provide customers with product samples.Identify prospective customers using various outreach methods.Arrange and oversee the delivery of products.Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.Perform administrative duties, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and filing expense account reports.Obtain credit information about prospective customers.Qualifications :Knowledge of selling principles, design, customer service technologies, and all phases involved in the industrys sales functions, as well as trends and changes in the industry.Skilled in marketing and sales presentations.Ability to conduct meetings and collaborate with personnel from various departments to support the sales function.Willingness to travel as needed to cover sales territory in Wisconsin and Illinois.Compensation & Benefits :In addition to a competitive salary, the selected candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, wellness programs, free health clinics, access to an onsite fitness center, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a matching 401(k).
