Job Description:
Green Bay Packaging Inc., a family-owned vertically integrated company, is seeking a skilled Structural Design Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will have a college degree and 3 years of experience in structural design.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop displays that meet client requirements and preferences
- Manage die ordering processes, create instruction sheets, and ensure accurate carton content/layout/sizes
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a comprehensive photo library of completed projects and white samples
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of design specifications and CAD drawings
- Meet or exceed customer expectations in quality and service
Requirements:
- College degree plus 3 years of experience in structural design
- Proficiency in Artios CAD, Photo Shop, and Illustrator
- Hand drawing or software design program skills
- Previous experience in temporary display manufacturing a plus
- English language proficiency
