JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supervising and performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring tasks are completed to the appropriate standards. This includes Lambeau Field, Titletown, and other Green Bay Packers properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for various projects, including but not limited to general maintenance projects, woodworking, carpentry, welding, door replacement, ceiling replacement, flooring repairs, carpet cleaning, shade repairs, and equipment maintenance. Help keep facilities storage areas orderly.
Coordinate and implement ceiling tile replacement at all properties. Maintain adequate inventory.
Responsible for installation and adjustments of all suite signage and photos.
Coordinate asphalt repair and replacement at all Packers properties.
Oversee maintenance of caulk on expansion joints, building, concrete, and sidewalks.
Maintain trucks, UTVs, ariel lifts, skid steers and other equipment.
Coordinate repairs and touch-ups of wood doors, trim, and paneling.
Monitor building for roof leaks, investigate causes, and coordinate repairs.
Coordinate pest control services.
Coordinate garbage and recycling dumpster pickups with housekeeping manager.
Coordinate repairs and recovering of field pads and rubber track.
Oversee suite window and shade repairs and adjustments.
Oversee repair of broken stadium seating and seating in the suites, club and meeting rooms.
Respond to elevator calls to verify operator error issues, or issues requiring Otis repairs.
Operate the following types of equipment: fork truck, aerial lifts, snowplows, Bobcats, Payloader, UTVs.
Lead snow crew during the snow removal process. Lead snow team and public during stadium snow removal. Participate in on-call rotation for snow removal team.
Procure contractors for various jobs, ensure work is completed on time and budget to appropriate standards.
Assist with key and lock management. Make new keys and pin locks as needed.
Assist with monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting fire protection systems and fire extinguisher testing. Receive necessary training on new systems.
Assist with monitoring and maintaining Swim-EX, cold tank, and Jacuzzi pools maintenance.
Coordinate gameday chair set-up in ADA seating areas as directed by Ticket Office.
Complete gameday tasks including opening and closing designated areas of the stadium in a timely manner.
Able to respond to emergency calls after hours, as necessary. Position requires working every gameday, other large stadium events and some holidays. Shift work and on call may be required.
Assist with other projects as directed by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required.
5-7 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
3 years supervisory experience or equivalent schooling in relative field.
Strong understanding of all areas of maintenance, including, but not limited to, woodworking, carpentry, automotive repair, flooring installation and repair, ceiling installation, furniture repair, welding, painting, and lock and door hardware.
Must have working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
General knowledge of fire protection systems helpful.
A.F.O./C.P.O. license in pool management helpful.
Must be willing to learn and control various building operations systems as required.
Must be extremely self-motivated, hardworking, and competent enough to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to listen to and accurately follow directions.
Must have excellent trouble shooting skills and be a team player. Must have ability to adapt to spur of the moment changes.
Exposed to disagreeable environmental conditions including dirt, noise, extreme temperatures, heights, cramped workspaces, confined spaces, and areas or tasks where caution must be exercised to ensure safety.
Must be able to operate heavy machinery for snow removal and other needs throughout the year.
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, CDL endorsement helpful.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to walk, reach, bend, and twist for entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull heavy objects.
Will be exposed to disagreeable environmental conditions, including working outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Comfortable and self-motivated to work alone for extended periods of time.
Operates in a professional environment.
