We embody teamwork, integrity and a legacy of that spans over a century.   JOB SUMMARY: Job Description: This position is responsible for managing the Green Bay Packers' international initiatives, with an initial focus on Germany, UK and Ireland. The international manager will oversee the development and execution of all aspects of marketing strategy, fan activation/engagement and aid with content for the Packers’ global markets. This role will work closely with internal departments, external agencies and stakeholders to increase brand awareness, grow the Packers’ fan base (as diverse from youth to business audiences) and explore monetization opportunities abroad. The manager will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the long-term success of the Packers' global expansion.  This position is an in-person role located at our office in Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI, USA.     Job Responsibilities: International Leadership: Spearhead all global initiatives, making sure they align with the Packers’ goals and overall vision. Develop and implement strategies to grow the club’s brand presence, footprint, fandom and deepen engagement in all international markets. Agency Management: Collaborate with marketing agencies/personnel to manage marketing strategies, social media campaigns, events and content development tailored to global fans. Collaborate with agencies to refine and test new strategies.  Department Collaboration: Partner with all internal departments that touch to explore alignment opportunities for international marketing campaigns, content, business development, and events.            Content Development and Distribution: Help guide international content development that resonates with local audiences. Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and partners to adapt regional content. Event Lead: Direct the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience and brand representation. KPI Reporting and Market Intelligence: Work with the club’s Business Intelligence (BI) team to report on international marketing performances and tracking KPIs. Provide strategy shifts and recommendations based on insights to stakeholders. NFL International Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for NFL’s Global Market Program, working closely with the League and club contacts to maximize impact and alignment on marketing initiatives.      Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all international marketing efforts are compliant with legal and regulatory standards including GDPR compliance and other in-market regulations. Work with the legal, marketing and IT departments to navigate data collection. Work with legal to track ever-changing international marketing rules and guidelines to maintain strict compliance.         Budget and Financial Oversight: Manage the international marketing budget to include tracking spend and developing future budgets.  Other duties as assigned.     Qualifications: A MINIMUM of 5 years of working in a professional environment focused on international business.  Bachelor’s degree or higher in international/global business, relations, marketing, management or other related degree.   Proven track record of leading and managing international campaigns, content and events.  Technical expertise in digital, content and social media with a demonstrated ability to solve complex and ever-changing issues with precision and autonomy.   Experience working with both internal teams and external partners to execute small to large-scale international initiatives. Collaborative team player, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships across departments.  Experience working with both internal teams and external partners to execute international initiatives of all sizes and are a collaborative team player who excels at building strong relationships across departments. Candidate needs the ability to think beyond constraints to develop solutions - seeking out opportunities, driving new ideas and taking initiative to lead projects and deliver meaningful outcomes. Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear, actionable reports, agendas, itineraries, budgets and plans for various stakeholders.   Solid grasp of global marketing trends with the ability to tailor strategies to fit different cultural contexts.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.  Meticulous attention to detail.  Proficiency/fluency in other languages that match the designated countries (both written and verbal) is a plus.  (American) football knowledge is a plus.  Ability to travel abroad for work assignments and international events.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.  Candidate must be legally eligible for employment in the United States.     Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time. Ability to focus on projects for periods of time. Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Operates in a professional office environment.
