JOB SUMMARY:
Assist Titletown team members in maintaining Titletown website, digital marketing initiatives, and other department needs. This is a paid internship and entails full-time work, including weekdays, gamedays, holidays and special events.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the ideation, content creation and execution of Titletown digital marketing initiatives and social content.
Assist with updates for Titletown website, including the posting of new programs and events, photo galleries and information on winter activities, event sales, commercial/residential, FAQs, rules, etc.
Assist with photo editing, curating, shooting and posting to website and social media accounts.
Upload, organize and tag photos in the Titletown digital asset manager.
Support content creation for social media calendar. Provide suggestions, research new trends and monitor metrics to help increase account growth and engagement.
Assist with fulfilment of digital sales obligations across all platforms.
Assist with the submission of digital marketing material placement, such as website banner ads, paid social media and email sends.
Help develop strategic and unique sweepstakes and contests for Titletown digital platforms that engage fans/followers. Support creative requests, rules oversight and prize fulfillment.
Covers all Titletown events through photography and works with outsourced videographers, as necessary.
Assist with graphic requests for any digital needs.
Support social media initiatives by scheduling posts on all social accounts.
Pull analyze social media performance monthly.
Assist with miscellaneous Titletown digital and marketing projects, as necessary including researching new ideas and trends and synthesizing findings to share with team.
Respond to digital-related fan inquiries via social, phone and email.
Work closely with other interns and team members as needed.
Other duties, as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior work experience in marketing and digital; outside of classroom work preferred.
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours within a team environment.
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Adobe Photoshop InDesign.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter mindset with ability to work individually and collaboratively.
Background in basic graphic design and photography are desired.
Flexible availability to make site updates at all hours of the day, throughout the week and holidays, as needed. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
Operates in a professional office environment.
Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
SUPERVISES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
