JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for transforming data points into compelling narratives that make brands lean in. Using creative storytelling and intersecting strategy and design, this position will transfer the electric energy of gameday into powerful partnership opportunities. Drafting narratives that connect one of sports’ most iconic brands with innovating partners who share our vision is critical.
As a key member of the Packers' Sponsorship team, this position works to develop design-driven storytelling that powers both new business pitches and renewal strategies. This is a brand architect who can read a room, translate business objectives into visual strategies, and create bespoke sponsorship proposals that make lasting impressions. Working closely with our Partnership Sales team, this position will craft customized solutions that align with each client's unique needs while elevating our Return on Objectives program through compelling visual narratives.
This position can be located in either the Green Bay or Milwaukee office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead creative development for partnership initiatives, from pitch decks to social assets, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
- Drive ideation sessions with sales and activation teams to develop strategically sound, on-brand concepts that exceed client expectations
- Transform partnership opportunities into visually stunning presentations that showcase our assets and platforms in innovative ways
- Develop new slides for the Partnership Sales team that effectively showcase new sales assets and platforms
- Lead the creative strategy process, from initial brand research through final proposal design, ensuring every touchpoint tells a cohesive story
- Employ a revenue-driven mindset, identifying ways that the Packers brand and partner brand story connect and successfully lead to new partnership concepts
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure our creative storytelling is backed by robust data and insights
- Help shape the evolution of our Return on Objectives (ROO) program, identifying new ways to showcase partnership value
- Provide support in creating monthly partnership recaps and reporting presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent training & experience.
- Strong, proven understanding of basic marketing and advertising principles.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of the sports & lifestyle global sponsorship market – understanding why brands want to partner with live events & sports properties would be extremely useful in this role
- Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the team maintains the highest standards for every project, no matter how large or small.
- Working experience of applying traditional and interactive design principles and solutions that deliver best-in-class presentation design, creative activation ideas, sponsorship activity mock-ups, sponsorship asset layouts, infographics, and more.
- A background working in the media/ sports/ entertainment industry would be beneficial but is not critical.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
