JOB SUMMARY:
Support the Packers digital department in managing and maintaining the team's digital platforms, including website(s), mobile app, connected TV apps, and emerging technologies, as well as addressing other departmental needs. This paid internship requires full-time commitment on weekdays, game days, holidays, and special events.
Timeframe: May 2025 – May 2026*
*Official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the packers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support team in day-to-day management of all Packers digital platforms.
- Update team website(s) daily using Pocket CMS and Sitefinity, including posting stories, videos, editorial content, landing pages, and more.
- Help manage and ensure quality control of team mobile and connected TV apps.
- Support quality assurance for all Packers apps, including test builds.
- Contribute to fulfilment of digital sales activations across all platforms.
- Assist in managing the team’s YouTube channel.
- Assist with distribution of Packers podcasts.
- Help with search engine optimization for all content and landing pages.
- Assist in photo editing, curation, shooting, and posting to digital platforms.
- Support ADA/CCPA compliance efforts across digital platforms.
- Cover community and Packers-related events, including writing stories and photography.
- Support setting up, testing, and coordinating daily live press conference streams and post-game streams with remote staff members.
- Assist with graphic design projects.
- Contribute to various Packers digital projects as needed.
- Respond to digital-related fan inquiries via phone and email.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in digital media technology or a related field).
- Knowledge and experience in digital media, including mobile applications, connected TV, VR and AR.
- Experience in web design and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience using content management systems.
- Background in graphic design and photography helpful.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, holidays, and some weekends.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
