JOB SUMMARY:
This paid internship will perform tasks and services to support internal events for the Green Bay Packers. This is a paid internship and entails working 40 hours/week. This is an onsite position in our Green Bay office. The approximate timeframe for this position is one full year. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling internal events across various departments within the organization and coordinate events as needed
- Ensure all internal event spaces are ready including furniture, technology and signage
- Create event layouts and diagrams for internal bookings in Social Tables
- Directly support the Events Specialist and Coordinator on internal events at Lambeau Field and Titletown
- Provide on-site support to employees during evets
- Be a champion of Momentus software and support cross-functional team usage
- Help gather and consolidate photos of event spaces for internal usage
- Assist in organizing and planning of large re-occurring internal events
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Events files, records, and information.
- Act as a source for upcoming events communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (senior status minimum) in Marketing degree program.
- Prior events experience preferred.
- Ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be available 40 hours/week.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
