JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring the security of the loading docks as well as the safe and efficient movement of product delivery within the facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enforce policies developed as part of the loading dock security program
- Manage daily operations of the Loading Dock check point, including visitors, contractors and all vehicles.
- Manage and log vehicle activity in/out of the Lambeau Field Loading Dock
- Track movements of internal parcels, via tracking system technology
- Assist with mail room operations, to include interoffice deliveries
- Deliver large parcels and pallets with fork truck or hand truck
- Other security and shipping/receiving duties as needed
- Monitor radio for delivery update and communication with departments
This position will work 2-3 days a week, in a job share environment, where several staff will rotate through scheduled days. Anticipated work hours will rotate for adequate coverage weekdays from 8a-5p. Weekend hours may be needed for large event days or game day weekends
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in similar role
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Position will require sustained periods of time standing and walking, receiving shipments on the loading dock, and moving the shipments to storage, etc. Heavy physical effort will be required. Routine lifting of up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Need to have a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
TRAVEL: No regular travel is expected for this position.
SUPERVISES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
