What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Resort - Client Care Representative position at Green Beagle Lodge?
Green Beagle Lodge is looking for great personalities to join our team. We are a privately owned company with two locations that provide resort style daycare and boarding, as well as grooming and training services. We are a uniquely off-leash facility where everything we do is pack oriented!
Potential candidates must display not only a passion for animals but a solid work ethic and the confidence to keep our guests safe. If hired, you will go through an orientation class and hands-on training to learn more about dog behavior and handling.
We believe in building strong teams and developing the right company culture to provide a clean, safe, and ultimately fun environment for pets and staff! We are willing to train the right candidates and have built careers for many people new to the industry that wanted to learn and grow their pet handling skills.
Our Client Care Team are required to:
- Create and maintain our client and pet records using our primary system.
- Ensure accurate data entry with client contact information, reservations, pet records, and billing.
- Provide outstanding Client Care with a thorough knowledge of Lodge procedures, pricing, and policies.
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and coworkers via telephone, email, and in person.
- Greet clients and pets in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate comfort and ease working and handling dogs and cats.
- Ability to move pets throughout the facility during check ins and check outs.
- Work strongly in a small team which requires attention to detail, reliability, and comfortable working independently at times
