We Offer:
-Hourly plus commission role with uncapped rates. Hourly rate starting at $18/hour plus a commission per battery sold.
-Two weeks of paid training.
-Must be available to work in our Graner, NC office for first 60 days, then can be evaluated for hybrid work with an in-office requirement of Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Main job responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls (No cold calling required!)
-Utilize sales script to educate customers and close the sale
-Schedule customer appointments during the sales process
-Collect deposits at the time of appointment scheduling
-Follow up with and reschedule customers as needed.
Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills and positive upbeat attitude
-Proven experience with over the phone customer interaction
-Experience with Inside Sales is preferred but not required
-Ability to influence and persuade
-Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
-Confident and driven to be the best
-Flexibility, leadership, independence
-Motivation and drive to plan account and territory strategies to exceed sales objectives
-Ability to make sound business decisions
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred but not required
-Previous experience in the automotive industry Preferred but not required
-Strong Basic PC skills
-Must be able to pass both a background check
