As we expand our operations throughout Texas territory, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar / Roofing Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-set scheduled appointment with potential customers and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar options for customers’ homes.
• Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry (though not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
Compensation:
• Unlimited earning potential our top sales reps make $250k -$350k • Typical first year between $70,000-$150,000
• Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k Benefits:
