Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Dallas, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, setting up interviews with managers, and hiring candidates for various positions within Green Bear Solutions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, the Recruiter will build and maintain a talent pipeline, conduct background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the solar or roofing industry is a plus
