Position Overview:
As a Solar Sales Representative at Green Bear Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of clean energy by helping residential and commercial customers go solar. You’ll be responsible for educating prospects, managing the sales process, and ensuring a smooth transition to solar energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and Green Bear Solutions’ offerings.
- Conduct energy assessments to determine the most suitable solar solution for each client.
- Deliver compelling presentations to residential and commercial clients, explaining the cost savings and environmental impact of going solar.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to signed contract.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and assist with the installation process.
- Maintain relationships with clients for potential referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
