What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Landscape Foreman position at Green Biz Nursery and Landscaping?
Hours: Full Time, can vary based on Crew Schedule
Green Biz has been a leader in the greater Fayetteville, NC area in landscaping and plant care since it was founded in 1979. We provide high quality services to residential and commercial clients.
Description: Foreman will perform various landscape services for commercial and residential projects. This can include demolition, plant/tree installation, patio/walkway installation, and sod installation. They will supervise a crew of 3-5 technicians.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage and supervise assigned crew members

Clearly report problems to Supervisor

Train crew to complete job within established time frames
-
Plan and organize work for crew members on job

Initiate and complete all required paperwork

Interact with clients when necessary
-
Enforce all safety policies and procedures

Maintain equipment in good operating condition

Encourage motivation and advancement of crew members within training program
Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
-
Must be detail oriented and enjoy working outdoors
-
Must be capable of operating various types of small engine equipment
-
Must be able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions
-
Must be willing and able to do physically demanding tasks
-
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

Must be available to work Monday-Friday, and some weekends and Holidays
Eligible candidates will have/be able to:

Valid Driver’s License

A minimum of 1 year Landscaping Experience

Pass a Background Check
-
Pass a Drug Test
-
Legally authorized to work in the United States
