Green Biz, a leading landscaping and plant care company in the greater Fayetteville area, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscaping Crew Member. As a member of our crew, you will work in teams of 3-5 under a foreman and supervisor, providing labor for demolition and installing plants, walkways, patios, drainage, and sod. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, and using assigned tools in a safe and proper manner. Other responsibilities include loading and unloading work trucks, keeping them clean and organized, and reporting to work on time.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a passion for working outdoors
- Tolerance for a variety of environmental conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
- Able to lift over 50 lbs
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, some weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
