• High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled in school
• Prior service experience is preferred

• Responsible for Service of dining room tables in Banquet, A la Carte & Special Event Settings
• Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours
• Core knowledge of food and beverages and service techniques for different forms of service

Provide consistent & knowledgeable personal service tableside to our members and guests

Hourly Pay starting $8.50 plus Tip

Job Tasks/Duties

• Performs opening & closing side work as directed by management and checklists
• Arrives on time, in a clean and pressed standard uniform with nametag
• Takes reservations and ensures tables are set to reservation
• Greets and seats members and guests
• Assists in making bar beverages, wine, and cocktails as needed and legally able
• Assists in running and expediting food
• Strong working knowledge of all food and beverage menus
• Deliver personalized service, making effort to get to know each member individually, asking for support from management as needed
• Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness, and safety of dining room areas
• Strong working knowledge of POS system
• Utilizes computer to accurately charge members
• Performs banquet and special event service & setup as directed by management
• Executes and serves food and beverage tableside to standards
• Provides warm farewell to all departing members and guests
• Performs other appropriate assignments and projects as required by the assistant manager

Licenses and Special Permits

• Alcoholic beverage certification
• Food safety certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuous repetitive motions
• Work in a hot, humid and noisy environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $8.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
