General Statement of Job :
Under occasional supervision, performs various routine-to-moderately complex bookkeeping and clerical work to ensure
efficient and effective school fiscal operations. Provides assistance to supervisor, co-workers, students and the general
public as required. Reports to the Principal. Job starts :
Job Functions :
- Serves as a liaison between parents and staff.
- Answer the front office phone; transfer calls as needed
- Greet visitors and signs in through raptor system
- Assist with arrival / dismissal procedures
- Clerical duties : distribute mail, fax information, answer school email account (gvles) emails, SLED checks, schedule school tours
- Reports to Administration to perform other clerical duties, assists with school wide drills
- Supports the Registrar with enrollment
Minimum Training and Experience :
Prefer Associates degree in accounting or business. Customer Service experience. Experience with Powerschool is preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
