SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Green Chimneys, a multifaceted organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care for youth and families, is seeking a Clinician to join our Community Based Services Division. The Clinician will be responsible for providing therapy to youth and their families, conducting initial intake assessments, creating treatment plans, facilitating weekly therapeutic groups, and coordinating services with other community providers. The position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with individual and group supervision, as well as in-house training for CEU’s. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, along with at least two years of clinical and case management experience with youth and families. Maintaining active approved agency driver status and holding or being eligible for a NYS license applicable to the degree is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIIONS
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- At least two years’ clinical and case management experience with youth and families.
- Must maintain active approved agency driver status.
- Must hold or be eligible to receive and working towards receiving NYS license applicable to degree.
Rate of pay for this role is $55,000 per year with full benefit package.
This is a hybrid and flexible 5 day a week position that will include some evening and some Saturday hours.
