We are hiring a professional and competent ARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77073, Thursday 10pm-4am, Friday, Saturday 12am-6am, and Sunday 10PM-4AM. The position pays $15.00 per hour, and plus $1.00 using your own vehicle.
Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees and shareholders.
Responsibilities:
-Perform access controls at gates.
-Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
-Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
-Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
-Provide assistance to people in need.
-Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Skills:
-Customer service
-Familiarity with detailed report writing
-Excellent surveillance and observation skills
-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
-Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level III certificates.
-Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
