Responsibilities:
-Perform employee reviews and write detailed reports
-Perform rounds of patrol to supervise security personnel
-Speak to security personnel to ensure they know and adhere to our core values
-Check timekeeping software to ensure all officers are on duty
-Perform roving patrol rounds at client sites
-Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
-Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
-Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
-Provide assistance to people in need.
-Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Skills:
-Customer service
-Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
-Familiarity with detailed report writing
-Excellent surveillance and observation skills
-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
-Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Commissioned License.
-Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
