We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in 77015. To perform vehicle and foot patrol. The role is full time. Shifts available: Overnight Wednesday to Sunday. From 9pm-5am. The position pays $13.50 per hour, and plus $1.50 per hour using your own vehicle. Must have a reliable vehicle, and a smart phone.

Responsibilities:
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements:
- Level II Noncommissioned Texas Security Certification is required or being licensed as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
- Previous experience in Security preferred
- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
