We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Kingwood, TX 77339. To perform vehicle and foot patrol. The role is full time. 5 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is a must. From 10pm-6am. The position pays $14.00 per hour, and plus $1.00 per hour using your own vehicle. Must have a reliable vehicle, and a smart phone.

Responsibilities :
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
