Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule walkthrough appointments with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough site assessments during walkthroughs to identify cleaning needs.
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Develop and present customized cleaning proposals based on assessments.
- Close sales and ensure smooth transitions to the operations team.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- 2 years of proven in-person sales experience.
- 1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with local commercial real estate and business environment is a plus.
