Residential and Commercial Cleaner

As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every client enjoys a pristine environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle commercial cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
