GREEN COUNTRY LAW GROUP is looking for a professional, well-organized, and self-motivated Paralegal/Legal Assistant to become a part of our team. This exciting role requires high attention to detail and discretion, the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines, while maintaining calendars and administrative tasks as requested by firm attorneys. The candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to be trained in various aspects of legal practice and advocacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain confidential information with discretion Office administration – calendars, email, phone, supplies, shipping, filing, client communications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience assisting at the executive level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude to interface with lawyers, clients and staff
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Min. of 2 years of Law office experience required
COMPENSATION PACKAGE The hourly pay for this position ranges between $18.00 - $24.00 DOE with opportunities for growth, as well as a benefits package and production bonuses.
