Position Summary
This position will interact with corporate leadership (including high visibility to the CFO and work closely with operational leaders to provide ad-hoc analytical support while also ensuring all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed accurately and on-time. Additionally, this position will be heavily involved with the annual budgeting process and in identifying areas of improvement throughout the business to assist with Green Courte Residential's ongoing expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a direct report to the Vice President of FP&A, the Financial Analyst is a highly impactful position leading and driving various projects to help GCRH operate its platforms more effectively and efficiently. Examples of such responsibilities and projects include :
Weekly operational reports.
Developing, implementing, and analyzing operational KPIs, dashboards, financial reporting, and forecasting models.

Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
