Commercial Groundskeeper

Green Cut Inc is a commercial landscape maintenance company looking for qualified self-starting individuals to help maintain municipal, commercial and large residential landscapes. If you have experience in landscaping and a strong attention to detail, you may be the perfect fit for this job.

Must have a clean valid WI driver's license, be punctual & reliable, hardworking and success driven. 40-55 hours per week with some days requiring 12-14 hours. This position is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weather extremes. Some experience with heavy equipment, commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, pruning equipment, sprayers, landscape construction, etc. is beneficial. Pruning skills are highly desired. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Duties may include lawn cutting, line trimming, landscape bed maintenance (pulling weeds), pruning, light equipment maintenance and various other tasks as assigned. Snow removal during winter.

As a Commercial Groundskeeper, you will maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through effective landscape care and mowing techniques. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the operation of heavy equipment to ensure efficient lawn care and landscape maintenance. Your core skills in operating various types of equipment, along with a strong eye for detail, will contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of the landscapes you manage. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
