Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging social skills and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
