Concrete Finisher Foreman

Green Edge Concrete & Construction is a family-owned and operated company that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan since 1989. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Finisher Foreman to lead and manage our concrete finishing crews.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishing crews.
• Ensure that all concrete work is completed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Operate and maintain various concrete finishing tools and equipment.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other tradespeople.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain various concrete finishing tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 72 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Concrete finishing: 5 years (Required)
• Project leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
