Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be an essential part of our crew, assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects, including driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of concrete surfaces, including grading, forming, and setting up reinforcement.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and concrete vibrators.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 72 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Home daily
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
