               Preschool Associate Teacher for the Great Start Readiness Program

                                                     Green Elementary

          Days/Hours:             Monday – Friday

          Salary:                    $16.36 - $22.44 per hour in 6 Steps

QUALIFICATIONS: 

1. Minimum of Child Development Associate certification or Associates Degree in Early Childhood.
2. Ability and aptitude to work with four-year-old children in a preschool environment.
3. Good Physical health.
4. Record of excellent attendance. 

JOB DUTIES: 

1. Work at the direction of the teacher to assist and supervise children.
2. Supervise children to and from school bus.
3. Supervise lavatory activities, as necessary.
4. Assist in snack preparation and clean up.
5. Assist in playground and recess time activities
6. Assist in reinforcing programs set up for special problems.
7. Dispense medication as may be assigned.
8. Assist in maintaining neatness in classroom.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
